Orders ordered before 12, is usually sent the same weekday. Orders placed later will be shipped the following weekday excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. You can read more under our delivery page here

Your will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link that allows you to track the package for delivery. However, be aware that it can take up to 24 hours from when you receive the email until the link is active with information about the status of your package.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases ( including reduced items) within 14 days of reciept.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you decide to return after the 14 days you will be charged 25 GBP from the original amount.

Once the return has been checked by our team at our warehouse, you will recieve a refund within 20 business days. The refund is always creditited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made with.
Your return package must also contain a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other documentation showing your purchase.
Items cannot be returned as a collect on delivery and not to a collection point address and you must pay for the cost of returning them. You should also ensure that an item has been carefully packaged when you return it. You are personally liable for the package/items until we have received them. Therefore, save any postal receipts and any track and trace number.
Once our team has checked your return shipment, you will receive your money back within 20 business days. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used to complete your order.
In the event that we have sent you a wrong item or an item with a defect, we apologize. Please send the item back, and if you want another item you can place a new order online
For items you have bought on sale, the same return rules apply: Please send items you do not want back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
