RETURNPOLICY
To return your items, fill out the return sheet attached in your package or download your return sheet here.
All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Kindly note that a handling fee of 12 GDP plus VAT will be deducted from your refund and you need to cover shipping costs yourself. Returns must be send to the following address:

- Please be aware that Items cannot be returned as a collect on delivery and not to a collection point address.
- For returns outside of EU, be sure to put your receipt back in for customs. Save any shipping receipt and/or tracking numbers.
- All pieces must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached. Note: You may lose your purchase amount. This happens if the product is deteriorated, for example, because you have used the item or the product is damaged while you were responsible for it. We reserve the right to return the item to you if it is not in its original condition and cannot be resold.
- When you return, please make sure that the parcel is properly sealed, to protect the clothes. If you wish to make a claim, please contact customer care.
- We will credit your return within 4 weeks to the card your original order was placed with.
EXCANGE
If you wish to make an exchange, please return your item and place a new order.
